FAQs for HundredX Participants

• What do I do after I sign up?

After you click the submit button on the sign up form, you can click the "Start Giving Feedback!" button.  Additionally, you will receive a text message from 90412 inviting you to click on a link to get started generating funds for your cause.  Once you've hit the link, you can choose ANY brand and share about ANY experience you have had in the last six months.  Select the brand by searching for it in the search bar, or find it by category.  After you've found a brand, provide your quality opinion using the simple and fun, one-minute emoji-based system.  Please only submit honest feedback on actual experiences you've had - this allows us to create the most trusted insights anywhere.  Repeat this process on a variety of companies to create more impact for the cause!  

• I signed up but I can't find my welcome text.  What should I do?

Since most individuals receive several text messages a day, we understand that the welcome text may get lost.  Look for the message you received from 90412, click on the link and continue on providing your feedback.

•  How do I start creating value for my cause?

After you receive your welcome text, you can click on the link to start giving feedback. That link will take you to HundredX main feedback page, where you can pick companies and brands to share your opinions on. Each piece of qualifying feedback you share helps support our cause!

• I've shared my opinions.  How do I know how many pieces of feedback I've given?

When you click on the link from the welcome text message from 90412, it will take you back to the main feedback page where you can either search for a brand or find it in one of the categories.  The feedback count at the top of the page will contain your current number of pieces of feedback submitted.  

• How will I know if I have reached the maximum?

You will receive a text to notify you.  You can also check by examining the feedback count at the top of the main feedback page (this is where you choose the companies you want to give feedback on).  Once you have reached your maximum, you will no longer receive reminders.

• Can I participate in the HundredX program more than once a year or with different accounts?

No, due to non-profit guidelines and SABEResPODER terms and conditions, each qualified individual may only participate once a year and have one active membership account at any one time. As a condition of membership, you are required to truthfully provide all information requested by SABEResPODER and are strictly prohibited from using any aliases or other means to mask or conceal your true identity. If you provide any information to SABEResPODER that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete (or if SABEResPODER has reasonable grounds to suspect you have done so), or if you are maintaining more than one account, SABEResPODER reserves the right to terminate your membership without notice, and to prevent you from any current or future access to, or use of the Platform including the immediate forfeiture of any SABEResPODER Rewards accumulated by you prior to such termination.

• What if I participated within the last year but did not complete my maximum allowable 50 pieces of feedback?

If you've interacted with HundredX within the last 12 months and didn't reach the maximum allowable 50 pieces of feedback, you now have the opportunity to complete the difference.  However, please not that the total earnings, combining both your previous and current participation, will not exceed $25.  The determination of completed surveys is at the sole discretion of HundredX, not SABEResPODER.  

How do I invite others to participate in the cause I am supporting?

Unfortunately, the participation of this opportunity is EXCLUSIVE to ONLY those who receive an invitation by SABEResPODER and the invitation is NOT shareable or transferable. We ask that you please do not share it with family/friends as they will not be compensated for their participation.

• Who can participate in the program?

Currently, only individuals who receive an invitation by SABEResPODER and are 18 years and older in the United States can participate in the HundredX Causes program.

• What do you do with my personal information?

HundredX and SABEResPODER is fully committed to maintaining your confidential information.  For all feedback providers, NO personal information is shared with external parties, send advertisements, offers, or ask you to purchase any product. We also do not share your personal information with the cause that you are supporting. HundredX does not share your information with SABEResPODER without your consent, which you can elect to provide (or withhold) at sign-up.  

• How can I opt-out of the program?

If you would like to unsubscribe from the program, contact SABEResPODER by calling 1-844-447-2237 or by text message at 55280.  If you do op-out, the feedback you provided before opting out will still create value for the organization you signed up to support.

• How much money will I earn?

Earning cash for providing your opinions is easy.  SABEResPODER will pay you $1 for every quality opinion you provide, up to $50.00.  Once the campaign goal has been met, the opportunity to generate funding will close and you will be paid for the high quality feedback you've submitted by SABEResPODER.

• How do I get paid?

SABEResPODER will deposit your qualified earnings after the campaign ends to your Rewards account.  Depending on the payment method that you have opted into, the earnings will be paid accordingly. Please refer to the full campaigns terms and conditions provided in your invitational text message for more information.

• My Rewards account has not been updated with my earnings.  What can I do?

If your Rewards account was not updated with your qualified earnings by the specified date in the terms and conditions of the campaign, please contact SABEResPODER by calling 1-844-447-2237 or by text messaging 55280.

• How can I access the campaigns terms and conditions?

To access the terms and conditions of the campaign, you need to click on the link of the invitation text message you received by SABEResPODER (text message from 55280).

• My phone number associated with my account has changed, who should I notify?

If the phone number associated with the account changes after you register with HundredX, please inform SABEResPODER as soon as possible by calling 1-844-447-2237 or by text messaging 55280.
